Our Services
In order to use our services, it is necessary to create an account for both communication and payment purposes. Payment cannot be made without an account. If there are any problems during the account creation process, please reach out to us for assistance in resolving the issue.
Should the customer's needs not be satisfied by our standard packages, they are welcome to request a personalised package. Our team will work together with them to design a unique package that suits their requirements. Prior to payment, we will present them with a quotation. The duration and price of tailored packages will be determined by the specific needs of the customer.
The delivery time of each service may differ, and customers have the option to choose their preferred duration, although we may advise specific durations for particular services. The duration of our services can range from 1 to 12 months, based on the customer's chosen duration at the time of purchase. The customer will be notified of their selected duration before completing the purchase.
The duration of the package is determined by the customer's choice when placing the order. To prolong the duration of the package, the customer must make a repeat purchase, which can be done on our website or by contacting our team. The duration of a customised package will depend on the request.
Payment & Refunds
The price of our services is stated on our website, but for personalised services, our team will provide a customised quote that customers will receive prior to payment. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, and payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Transactions will be identified on bank statements under our DSS, UAE.
If the customer desires to cancel the contract and receive a refund for any reason before its expiration, they must make a formal request. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, and the same payment method used in the original purchase will be used for the refund. In case the refund has not been received after 10 days, please contact us.
Intellectual Property
The content and materials provided by Diggitty as a result of the use of a service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Diggitty and are protected by intellectual property laws. The user agrees not to copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any of the content or materials without the express written consent of Diggitty.
Termination of Contract
The customer may wish to terminate the contract for any reason during the contract. Written notice is necessary from the customer to terminate the contract.
If the customer wishes to seek a refund, they can contact Diggitty to make a request. It is mandatory for customers to use the proper channels and formally request a refund.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diggitty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the service. In no event shall Diggitty's total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the customer, for accessing the service.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diggitty from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of this agreement by the customer.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law in the country that Diggitty is based. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and each party hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such dispute.
